Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure all assembly OE equipment can operate without any technical breakdown.
• To support and manage equipment spare parts and spare parts inventory control for OE Assembly.
• To prepare/publish analysis and improvement plan on equipment downtime.
• To prepare/execute scheduled & periodic maintenance for OE equipment.
• To lead/guide the setter for line setup and process understanding.
• To evaluate process and resolve daily process daily.
• To ensure all the operation carry out according to SOP & OI.
• Establish Process Flow/OI for new and existing product.
• Establish new process parameter for new part number.
• Routing Updates into Power Link for all OE Assembly & SSL parts.

Job Requirements:

• To always comply safety at workstation.
• To always maintain 5S and housekeeping
• Responsible for OE and SSL customer complaints and respond to customers.
• Assist in ISO/Customer Audits.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports to HOD without fail.
• Ensure department KPI is achieved.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
