We are seeking a Customs & Logistics Executive to handle import/export customs clearance and logistics coordination.

我们正在招聘一名 报关与物流执行员，负责进出口报关、物流协调及贸易合规工作。

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Handle import/export customs clearance / 处理进出口报关事务
• Prepare K1, K2, K3, K4, K8 & K9 documents / 准备 K1、K2、K3、K4、K8、K9 文件
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents / 与货运代理及报关行协调
• Monitor shipment schedules / 跟进货物运输进度
• Perform HS Code classification & duty calculation / 进行 HS Code 分类及关税计算
• Ensure customs and trade compliance / 确保符合海关及贸易法规
• Maintain shipping and customs records / 维护物流及报关记录
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management / 完成上司安排的其他任务

Requirements / 任职要求

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field / 大专或以上学历（物流、供应链或相关科系）
• 1–3 years of customs/logistics experience / 1–3年报关或物流经验
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good English & BM communication / 中文流利，并具备良好的英文及马来文沟通能力
• Familiar with SMK / Dagang Net / 熟悉 SMK、Dagang Net 系统
• Knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures / 熟悉马来西亚海关流程
• LMW experience is an advantage / 有 LMW 经验者优先
• Own transportation is an advantage / 有交通工具者优先
