We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin to support HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责
- Handle employee onboarding & offboarding / 负责员工入职与离职手续
- Maintain employee records and HR documents / 管理员工资料及人事文件
- Assist in payroll, attendance & leave administration / 协助薪资、考勤及请假管理
- Coordinate recruitment and interview arrangements / 安排招聘及面试事宜
- Prepare HR letters and reports / 准备人事信函及报告
- Support office administration duties / 处理办公室行政工作
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management / 完成上司安排的其他任务
Requirements / 任职要求
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or related field / 大专或以上学历(人力资源、商务或相关科系)
- 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience / 1–3年人事行政经验
- Fluent in Mandarin, with good English & BM communication / 中文流利,并具备良好的英文及马来文沟通能力
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / 熟悉 Microsoft Office
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently / 做事细心、有责任感,能独立工作
