Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, exhibition and design projects.
Conduct cold calls, networking and client meetings to generate sales leads.
Understand clients' requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in interior design, renovation, exhibitions, construction or related industries.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
Strong initiative with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
