Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor on daily operation activities.
• Answer phones and respond to client requests and inquiries.
• Receive customers’ requests and take orders.
• Source spare parts and liaise with suppliers.
• Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers and suppliers.
• Create billing and invoicing for customers.
• Keep track of inventory and ordering supplies.
• File all related documents in a proper and systematic manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N’ level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Can work overtime when required (mostly during month-end/year-end closing period).
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
• Locals only

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
