Our client is seeking a meticulous and motivated Management Trainee to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting management in business operations, project coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and administrative activities to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Management team in executing day-to-day business priorities and projects

• Coordinate tasks, track deliverables, and follow through on action items

• Assist in growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnership activities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and basic business analysis

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals

• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and service providers

• Assist with general business administration and team coordination

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Able to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Internship experience in business, operations, marketing, finance, consulting, or related fields is an advantage

• No minimum years of full-time working experience required
