Job Description:

Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager, Network Development

Job purpose:

Responsible for dealer recruitment, branch relocation and renovation, and overseeing UDQR assessments to ensure network compliance and brand standards. Drives network expansion and operational improvement in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

No Principal Accountabilities Areas Of Responsibility

1 Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and recruit new dealers, ensuring alignment with company standards and growth objectives.

2 Branch Relocation & Renovation Plan, coordinate, and oversee branch relocations or renovations to optimize network coverage and operational efficiency.

3 UDQR Assessment Conduct and monitor UDQR assessments to ensure dealer compliance with company policies, standards, and quality benchmarks.

4 Network Expansion Strategy Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s dealer network in line with market demand and business goals.

5 Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track network performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance dealer productivity and customer satisfaction.

6 Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.

7 Project Management & Coordination Lead network-related projects, including new branch setup, relocations, renovations, and compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

8 Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer Provide guidance and support to junior staff and sharing expertise to strengthen operational capabilities across the network.
