Responsibilities

TechApps Group is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our team, based in the Kuala Lumpur area.


We specialise in delivering innovative solutions to the automotive industry, helping dealerships improve customer experience, streamline operations, and ultimately drive more sales. Our products are used by dealer groups and OEM partners across multiple markets in the ASEAN region


If you enjoy building relationships, being on the ground with customers, and helping them get the most out of Tech Apps automotive solutions, this role is for you.


What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and grow relationships with our existing dealer customers

• Drive product usage and engagement through regular on-site visits

• Deliver training sessions and share best practices to maximise value

• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to improve customer performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success


What to expect:

• A largely field-based role — you’ll spend most of your time visiting customers

• Hands-on engagement with automotive dealer partners

• Occasional international travel opportunities


What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Experience in account management, customer success, or a related role

• Willingness to travel regularly, within Malaysia
