Job Description

Responsibilities

 

Executive (Events and Training)

 

This role provides coordination and administrative support for the Firm’s training initiatives, in-house content publishing, and outreach and engagement efforts with clients and external partners. The ideal candidate should be organised, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

•    Provide administrative support for the Firm’s training initiatives:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and administration of in-house training initiatives.
  • Liasing with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate training activities.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Upload and maintain training materials on the Firm’s intranet and in-house learning management system.

 

•    Content Publishing:

  • Format in-house articles according to the Firm’s style guidelines and publish content across the website and other digital platforms.
  • Prepare and publish internal newsletters and update content on the intranet as required.


•    Support the organisation of outreach, engagement, and other departmental events:

  • Preparation of publicity materials and handling event registration and related enquiries.
  • Provide end-to-end logistical and on-site support to ensure the smooth execution of events and activities.

 

•    Provide general administrative support to the department and undertake other duties as assigned.


Requirements

 

•    Diploma or university degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of experience.

•    Relevant experience in training administration, event management, or a similar role will be an advantage.

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.

•    Meticulous, resourceful, responsible, and attentive to detail.

•    Adaptable and quick to learn, with the ability to leverage technology and AI tools to improve work efficiency and deliver results.

•    Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

•    Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, solve problems effectively, and make sound decisions.

•    A motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as a team.

•    Hands-on experience with social media platforms, video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and design platforms such as Canva.

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer applications.

•    Comfortable in a people-facing, hands-on working environment.
