Our client is an innovative organisation within the clean energy sector, embarking on an exciting growth journey. As part of its next phase of development, it is seeking an experienced Process Safety Engineering Manager to establish and elevate engineering governance, process safety, and operational excellence across its operations.

Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the development and implementation of engineering integrity and Process Safety Management (PSM) frameworks, including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, MOC, asset integrity, and operational risk management. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to strengthen technical standards, improve plant reliability, and support future business expansion.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering, you possess at least 10 years' experience within petrochemicals, refining, LNG, gas processing, hydrogen, or other high-hazard process industries. You have a strong background in process safety, engineering governance, and operational excellence, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
