Role Description The Consultant at devx AI labs is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. In this role, the Consultant collaborates with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify AI-driven opportunities, and design practical solutions aligned with strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, preparing client-ready presentations and reports, and contributing to the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows and customer experience transformations. The Consultant participates in workshops and discovery sessions, supports project planning and delivery, and works with cross-functional teams, including data, engineering, and product, to ensure solutions are feasible and impactful. The role also involves staying current with AI trends, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and helping refine devx AI labs’ methodologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in business analysis, process mapping, and quantitative reasoning.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and preparing structured recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and digital transformation, and interest in applying AI to customer experience, operations, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear writing, structured storytelling, and the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, computer science, data science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, visualization tools, or analytics platforms) is beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to AI, product management, or innovation roles in technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
