We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Consultant (Cyber Security Architect) to join our growing team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be a key technical leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and architecting complex IAM solutions for our diverse global client base. You will leverage your deep expertise to drive projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their identity and access management strategies align with their business objectives and security requirements .

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions, translating complex business and security requirements into scalable and robust technical designs .
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (SSO, MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) . Configure, deploy, and integrate IAM tools with applications, directories, and cloud platforms .
• Client Engagement: Manage client engagements, including leading discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders . Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Project Leadership: Manage project delivery, including scope, quality, risk, and economics, ensuring complete client satisfaction and project profitability . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, development) to ensure seamless IAM integration.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and analysts, contributing to the growth and development of the IAM practice .
• Business Development: Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal development, and client pitches to help grow the IAM practice .
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) and industry best practices .

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in IAM and cybersecurity, with a proven track record in a senior consulting or lead architect role .
• Technical Skills:
• Core IAM: Deep, hands-on experience with at least one major IGA platform, preferably SailPoint (IIQ/IdentityNow) .
• Broad Knowledge: Strong familiarity with IAM technologies and protocols, including SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect .
• Integration: Experience integrating IAM solutions with various applications, directories (e.g., Active Directory), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in system integration, scripting, and API-based implementations. Experience with programming languages like Java, Bean Shell, or similar is a plus .

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CIAM, or relevant product certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Engineer/Architect) .
• Experience with other IAM vendors like CyberArk, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) .
• Understanding of SAP security and controls within SAP-enabled environments is highly desirable, as this is a core area of Turnkey's expertise .
• Experience working in a professional services or consultancy environment .
