Responsibility

• Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and investigating any discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and financial statements.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements

• Possess at least Degree in Accounting/ACCA/CPA/MICPA/CTIM/MIA.
• Candidates with 3+ years’ experience in an accounting firm will be considered for an Accounts Senior position.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Good command of Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Experience with accounting software and data entry.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and assist with tax preparation tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices and software.
