About the Role
Join SK Jewellery as an Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Growth and play a key role in driving online business growth across e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, and customer retention channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing customer journeys, managing marketplace performance, and leading digital campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce and marketplace performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Oversee TikTok Shop operations, livestream activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, email, website, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze business and campaign performance using GA4, CRM, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop customer retention strategies through CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and automated customer journeys.
- Collaborate with agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support business growth.
- Lead and guide the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and departmental KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable strategies to improve business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, TikTok Shop, and digital commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as GA4 and performance reporting.
- Experience managing affiliates, influencers, and livestream campaigns is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital commerce and customer experience.
