Job Description
· Ensures accurate data entries (customer orders, supplier invoices and financial records into our business system )
· Responsible to issue invoice, purchase order, delivery order and other administrative duties
· Liaise with customers, suppliers , freight forwarders and courier services
. Support the daily operations of the office, handling mail and answering occasional phone inquiries
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management
Job Requirements
Open to Fresh Graduates with
· Minimum GCE O Level or ITE (Nitec/Higher Nitec) or Diploma in any discipline
· Highly analytical, self-motivated, meticulous, and process-driven
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment operations
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment
· Able to communicate effectively in English( written and spoken) and
.Preferred : Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage to handle queries from Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
· Self-started, ability to manage timelines, keep workspaces tidy and prioritize tasks systematically
· A good team player who possesses drive, initiative, and ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
