Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tender preparation and submission for public sector projects on GeBIZ, Sesami, Ariba Etc
  • Review ITT, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and pricing sheets.
  • Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotes.
  • Perform risk and margin analysis before submission.
  • Manage post-award contracts: payment claims, VO submissions, EOT claims.
  • Maintain updated costing database (labour, materials, subcontractors)
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers on contract matters
  • Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Min. 7–10 years of experience, preferably with GeBIZ / HDB / LTA / PUB projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SIA, PSSCOC, and BCA contract conditions.
  • Good negotiation skills with suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; CostX or Cubit is a plus.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Required language(s): English
  • Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
