Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to deliver construction projects successfully.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; prepare and present regular reports to management to inform decision-making.
• Ensure all projects comply with BCA regulations, workplace safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and support site teams to build capabilities and achieve project objectives.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction projects, preferably with plumbing and sanitary works.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent project management software.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and report project status.
