1. Manage Daily Retail Operations – Oversee the daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure efficient store performance and excellent customer service.
2. Sales and Business Performance – Monitor sales targets, analyze business performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
3. Inventory and Stock Management – Supervise inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize inventory losses.
4. Staff Supervision and Training – Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise retail staff to ensure high productivity and compliance with company standards.
5. Customer Service Excellence – Ensure customers receive professional service, resolve customer complaints promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
