Job Summary

Ensure timely and safe completion of construction activities on site while managing daily operations, quality control, and documentation for builder works and lift M&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure effective, timely completion of all construction activities on site to meet project deadlines
• Oversee daily site operations by planning and arranging work schedules that maintain safety, progress, and quality standards
• Take full responsibility for site works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Coordinate with the Quality, Safety, and Security (QSS) team to facilitate site inspections and ensure all findings are addressed promptly
• Prepare, organize, and maintain all site documentation, certifications, and records to support compliance and project tracking

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in construction site environments
• Demonstrated project management and supervision skills relevant to construction and M&E works
