Job Summary

We are a GP clinic seeking permanent full-time clinic assistants in Yishun and Boon Keng/Bendemeer who are caring, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting clinical and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond accurately to patients' inquiries to ensure effective communication
• Register patients and process payments efficiently to support smooth clinic operations
• Dispense medications following clinic protocols to assist patient treatment
• Assist doctors during clinical procedures to facilitate patient care
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe clinic environment
• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Use basic IT skills to operate clinic systems and support administrative tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to upgrade skills through company-sponsored courses such as ECG, nebulisation, dressing, and phlebotomy
