Responsibilities
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Marketing Executive/ Executive to handle the day-to-day planning, execution, and co-ordination of our marketing and communications tracks. This is a hands-on, sole contributor role where you will own the pipeline of all projects – turning ideas into action, building campaigns, writing copy, managing social media channels, and handling the real-world logistics of our brand merchandise.
The ideal candidate loves checking things off a list, enjoys writing and creative production, and is deeply comfortable executing tasks inside our core marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics).
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Content Production
· Email & Automation: Build, test, and deploy electronic direct mail (EDMs) and multi-step drip campaigns using HubSpot templates.
· Lead Generation Support: Co-ordinate top-of-funnel marketing activities to attract and capture inbound B2B leads.
· Content Deployment: Write and publish engaging blog posts on our WordPress site, ensuring basic SEO alignment and clean formatting.
2. B2B Social Media & Community Management
· Daily Scheduling: Plan and execute the content calendar for our B2B social channels (LinkedIn and Instagram), ensuring consistent, polished posting.
· Community Management: Monitor social platforms daily. Be the voice of the brand by promptly and professionally responding to comments, tags, and incoming queries.
3. Communications & Copywriting
· Drafting Assets: Write clear, engaging B2B copy for a variety of mediums, including internal team announcements, external partner updates, marketing brochures, and event posters.
· Brand Alignment: Review copy and layouts to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent professional tone.
4. Event Marketing Support
· Pre-event support: Supports the team to create and deploy pre-event marketing collateral, including email invitations, and social media announcements to drive attendance.
· Vendor Liaison: Supports the Events team with external event vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with timelines and budgets.
· On-Site & Post-Event Support: Provide on-site execution support during events (registration, attendee management). Manage post-event wrap-up: collecting feedback, cleaning lead data, and ensuring prompt follow-up communication to attendee, and where appropriate, drip campaigns.
5. Creative Merchandise & Annual Logistics
· Design & Creativity: Apply a keen eye for design to help select, customize, and produce creative company merchandise for internal and external events.
· Annual Logistics: Own the end-to-end logistics of our merchandise. Plan the inventory needs, handle the physical ordering, and coordinate the distribution and shipping on an annual basis.
Required Skills & Experience
· Experience: 4 years hands-on experience in a B2B marketing or communications role.
· Copywriting and editing skills: Strong copywriting skills, ability to switch between professional corporate emails and engaging social posts.
· HubSpot: Hands-on experience building emails, setting up workflows, and managing contact lists.
· WordPress: Experience uploading content, editing web pages, and managing media files.
· Google Analytics: Able to check traffic sources, monitor user behaviour, and pull campaign performance reports.
· Execution-Minded: A strong planner who excels at managing timelines, tracking deadlines, and seeing projects through to the finish line.
