Job Description

• Local experience in mechanical and electrical works.
• Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements and alignment with the project timeline.
• Liaise with consultants and other trades to resolve any issues or challenges during the project.
• Manage M&E-related project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists.
• Site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors.
• Able to prepare the quotation with pricing knowledge for tender.
• Preparing the quantity take off for the project and tender.
• Review M&E plans and prepare quantity needs. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Preparing M&E shop drawing.
• Vet through the contract documents upon receive the confirmation.
• Preparing the running bills and submission to clients. Preparing the job cost report.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field at Singapore is required for this position.
• Good written communication skills.
• Able to use AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently, multi-task hardworking.
• Preferably able to commence within short notice.
