Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department on daily operations.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate scheduling.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and reports.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Attend to staff enquiries on HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
• Coordinate training programmes and maintain training records.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

HR experience is added advantage but not mandatory
