Role Description This is a full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role based in Singapore River, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home flexibility. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine business processes. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting data sets, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, validate solutions against business needs, and contribute to continuous process and performance improvement.

• Relevant experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards) and familiarity with reporting or visualization platforms is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail is important for success in this role.
