About the Job

Lead the Quality Department to establish, implement, and maintain the company's quality systems and standards. Ensure consistent product and service quality while driving continuous improvement across all operations.


Responsibilities

  • Investigate and set quality standard of the company.
  • Develop quality system procedures, standards and specification to ensure all the processes and products meet international and industrial standards and customer requirements.
  • Supervise QA/QC teams who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production.
  • Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both local and international level.
  • Work on excursion from incoming, line, outgoing and field. Ensure issues are closed with a proper "Closed Loop Corrective Action" (CLCA).
  • Coordinate and monitor the “Continuous Improvement Plan” activities with engineers, QA/QC personnel, Production and Suppliers and other related departments on supplied materials and finished products.
  • Coordinate audits and analyze Company Quality Systems through effective daily line audit cycles and scheduled system audits in order to drive the internal team for corrective, preventive actions and continuous improvement plan.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, drive the internal team for correction, corrective and preventive actions and send the 8D report on the stipulated time frame.
  • Monitor the correctives actions and preventive actions activities concerning quality issues to customers and from suppliers and internal team are properly addresses and implemented.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Engineer level, or 5+ years for Senior Engineer level, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Engineering, Test Engineering, or Process Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies/tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, CAPA).
