Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for attending to walk‑in customers by providing prompt assistance, understanding their needs, and delivering a positive service experience.
• Using a buddy system (collaborating very closely with a partner to support day-to-day operations, learn best practices, and ensure consistent service quality).
• Identifying sales opportunities and effectively cross‑sell relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive overall business performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing & related qualification
• Has not joined in any SL1M/Protégé program before
• Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Duration:
• 1 week soft-skills training
• 11 months and 3 weeks on-the-job training
