Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end E&I projects from bidding, project planning, execution, testing, commissioning, to project handover and close-out.
- Review tender requirements and prepare project planning, schedules, manpower allocation, cost estimates, and technical inputs during the bidding stage.
- Develop project execution plans, monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely project delivery.
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables including P&IDs, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical schematics, datasheets, technical procedures, and related project documentation.
- Manage procurement activities including RFQs, vendor evaluations, purchase orders, and material delivery to support project schedules.
- Supervise construction, installation, inspection, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, industry standards, and client specifications throughout all project phases.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, invoicing with supporting records, and monitor project costs and progress.
- Lead project close-out activities, including final inspections, client acceptance, punch list clearance, and preparation of close-out reports with lessons learned.
