Responsibilities
- Monitor, coordinate and keep track of site progress with internals and externals to ensure all work is carried out according to specifications and schedule
- Ensure compliance with WSH Regulations
- Able to read construction drawings, skilled in Electrical and other related finishing works on site
- Supervise the related construction activities at site
- Planning, managing and coordinating construction activities
- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers
- Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other outside parties to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures
