Job Description:
We are looking for an eloquent and friendly Telemarketer to join our insurance team. This role focuses on setting appointments for our insurance consultants to meet with potential clients. There is no hard selling involved—your main goal is to introduce our services professionally and schedule meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
• Clearly and professionally introduce our insurance services
• Set appointments for insurance consultants
• Accurately record call outcomes and appointment details
• Maintain a polite, confident, and engaging tone on every call

Requirements:

• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Clear, confident, and well-spoken (eloquent)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior experience required — training will be provided

Working Hours:

• Flexible schedule within standard office hours

Compensation & Incentives:

• $15 per hour
• Extra commission for each appointment successfully set
• Bonus for each deal successfully closed by the consultant
