Responsibilities
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a versatile and motivated Sales & Admin Executive to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will be the crucial link supporting our sales team's success while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Sales Support :
- Provide end-to-end support to the sales team, from lead management to order fulfilment.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and promptly.
- Manage customer databases (CRM) and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and sales performance data for management review.
- Support the organization of sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
Administration :
- Perform general office administrative duties including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as processing expense claims and liaising with accounts on receivables.
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors and calls, projecting a professional company image.
- Support HR with onboarding documentation for new hires.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a positive team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
