7+ years strong experience in Production Support / SRE / BizOps (L2 Operations -hands-on troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident handling)

Hands-on expertise in Linux (commands, system operations)

Strong scripting skills in Shell / Python / Jython

Experience with Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk

Experience in Java (1.8+)

Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)

Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support , excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasks

Support onboarding and guidance of junior team members

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of additional programming languages like C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., BlazeMeter)
