In this role, you will act as a consultant to our internal stakeholders, managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract the best talent to support our business growth. You will balance speed and efficiency with high-quality hiring, ensuring all processes remain compliant with company policies and government regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and handling the offer/onboarding process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs, provide recruitment advice, and guide them through the selection process.
- Track key recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and resources) and provide regular updates to management.
- Champion employer branding strategies / initiatives and to attract diverse talent and improve engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to local labor laws, internal hiring guidelines, and ethical standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- A solid understanding of local labor regulations and hiring compliance.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to improve recruitment outcomes.
