Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, consolidation, and treasury functions, ensuring accurate financial insights and robust governance across multi-country operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of consolidated management accounts and lead the monthly Group consolidation process.
  • Review financial submissions from country finance teams for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.
  • Manage Group cash flow, including liquidity planning, funding requirements, and cash flow forecasting across all entities.
  • Monitor intercompany balances and manage cash positioning while establishing strong controls over cash management processes.
  • Support the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlook processes, ensuring alignment between markets and business units.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis, providing commentary on key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Enhance reporting tools and ensure data integrity across Group systems while leading initiatives to standardize and automate processes.
  • Engage in strategic projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in group reporting, consolidation, treasury, and financial planning & analysis, with exposure to Big 4 firms advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles, alongside experience in treasury and cash management.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with D365 ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives is a plus.
