Responsibilities

• Provides on-the-job training for new staff and supports Nurse Managers in the wards.

• Plans, conducts, and reviews training courses for various departments.

• Ensures nursing staff receive proper training, and ongoing education to maintain and improve their skills.

• Develops and delivers hospital training based on organisational needs.

• Coordinates and organises training activities to strengthen clinical practices within the departments.
