Responsibilities
Provide administrative and documentation support to the property management team to ensure smooth operations and proper record keeping.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Support billing, procurement, and tracking
Prepare reports, minutes, and admin tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Diploma in Business/Admin or equivalent
1–2 years admin experience preferred
Good MS Office and organization skills
