Job Description

Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team where you will manage comprehensive accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting. Contribute to business operations and audits while supporting a collaborative finance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full set of accounts and manage the timely closing of financial records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance functions to generate various financial reports, including management and statutory reports.
  • Partner with Finance Business Managers to monitor cash flow, intercompany loans, and working capital needs.
  • Liaise with operational units to support business functions.
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes, including preparation of tax computations and addressing tax queries.
  • Review reconciliations for bank and intercompany transactions, along with GST filings.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and oversee XBRL submissions.
  • Conduct financial analyses, such as revenue and expense assessments at the cost center level.
  • Perform compliance checks on internal processes and supervise team members.
  • Participate in additional tasks, including system project initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally beginning with a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial exposure.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory compliance for listed firms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Openness to intra-departmental or inter-divisional transfers and flexibility with job responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and OneStream consolidation system is advantageous.
