Job Summary

The Sales Project Manager will play a key role in bridging operational and sales functions within the company. Responsibilities include supporting sales acquisition efforts, overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects, coordinating across departments to ensure smooth delivery, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes. The candidate will also be involved in client engagement, proposal support, and post-project follow-up to align project goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between sales and operations teams to support sales acquisition efforts and secure new business opportunities
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation through delivery to ensure timely and quality execution aligned with client expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to streamline project workflows and resolve operational challenges
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project duration
• Support the preparation and review of proposals to align project scope and deliverables with business objectives
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for client experience and internal processes
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes
