Job Description

Responsibilities

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.

2 years relevant experience in construction related industry.

Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Able to work independently.

Project Settlement and Final Accounts: After project completion, reconcile final accounts with all parties, prepare a final settlement report, and resolve financial disputes and controversies arising during construction.
