Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Attend site, coordination, and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, project planning, and safety regulations.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
