Job Description

Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team where you will provide essential technical support and training for product-related queries while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and debug support, including product training.
  • Manage inquiries and complaints regarding products, warranties, and spare parts from customers and distribution channels.
  • Analyse in-warranty claims and compile F-Cost reports.
  • Monitor quality issues and report abnormal defects to the factory while coordinating necessary actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials, technical procedures, service manuals, and part guides for distributors.
  • Oversee the exchange of defective units, ensuring proper repair, inspection, and grading before returning to inventory.
  • Facilitate COC renewal and manage WELS testing and registration for new products.
  • Assist distributors in conducting field tests for new product launches.
  • Support the establishment of service management and service centres for local and international markets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in post-sales management within the consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of home appliances and audiovisual products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookup and Pivot Table.
