Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team as a Learning & Development Senior Executive/Jr Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing workforce capabilities and driving effective training initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence talent development and contribute to impactful learning strategies.



Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workforce capability gaps based on insights from line managers and business units.
  • Communicate the learning calendar, course objectives, and schedules to employees.
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and arrangements for trainers.
  • Track participation rates and the usage of learning technologies.
  • Administer feedback collection and conduct post-training evaluations.
  • Incorporate profiling tools into the analysis of learning needs.
  • Analyze evaluation results to assess programme effectiveness.
  • Process vendor payments and manage related documentation.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training and identify compliance gaps.
  • Support the implementation of talent assessment tools and review methodologies.
  • Coordinate and implement high-potential (HiPo) development programmes.
  • Support initiatives related to succession planning.
  • Evaluate the business impact of learning investments.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Support team members’ development through collaboration and project assignments.
  • Build a strong team identity and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with the SkillsFuture Framework and relevant competency frameworks.
  • Coordinate the development of learning materials with internal subject matter experts.
  • Create business cases and training content in collaboration with business units.
  • Review and evaluate external training providers and their course content.
  • Select and engage both internal trainers and external vendors.
  • Manage virtual learning platforms and communities.
  • Update and maintain e-learning content.
  • Monitor learning budgets and the utilization of training grants.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or HR.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning systems.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Capable of working with diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Advocates for best practices in learning and development.
  • Possesses good organizational and multitasking abilities.
