Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue and customer satisfaction within a high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal for achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement sales strategies to meet volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and lead funnel across multiple customer engagement points including showrooms and digital platforms.
  • Oversee product strategy and ordering in collaboration with manufacturers and internal teams to optimize product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance alignment of products with customer needs.
  • Manage both new and used vehicle inventories to maximize sales potential and mitigate risks.
  • Promote customer loyalty, aiming for leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Ensure that all customer interactions uphold the standards of a premium brand.
  • Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • Maintain high operational integrity and governance standards.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualifications preferred, along with a proven sales history in the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to surpass targets.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
