Key Responsibilities
Manage daily membership and guest service operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback.
Process membership applications, renewals, and related transactions accurately.
Perform opening and closing shift procedures.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Promote membership programmes, campaigns, events, and ongoing promotions.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
