GENIC (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a precision engineering and manufacturing company serving the semiconductor, electronics and advanced technology industries throughout Asia. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to support our continued growth.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead Human Resources, Payroll and Administration while providing executive support to the CEO and COO. This is a broad, hands-on management role offering the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of our Singapore operation.

Job Summary

Lead and manage comprehensive HR and administrative functions to support organizational growth, ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, and provide executive support to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development to build a high-performing workforce
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks
  • Administer payroll processing, statutory submissions, employee benefits, and leave management accurately and timely
  • Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and employment documentation to support organizational governance
  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, company records, and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide executive administrative support to the CEO and COO, including coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing presentations, and handling confidential correspondence
  • Prepare HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor HR effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum five years of experience in HR and Administration
  • Experience managing payroll administration and applying Singapore employment legislation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry
