Job Summary

Join our fund operations team to support investor onboarding, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with administrative tasks in a fund management business.

Responsibilities

• Support admin head with general admin task
• Handle onboarding documentation 
• Respond to client enquiries
• Coordinate with finance
• Ensure proper filing and documentation processes
• Coordinate meetings, board papers, and minutes
• Prepare and update corporate presentations and spreadsheets
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to management

Required competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and administrative systems
• Strong attention to detail when handling large volumes of documentation
• Good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
