About the Roles

This is a Production Operator position in the precision engineering industry, based in Ang Mo Kio, working a 5-day schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.20AM–6.00PM) on a permanent basis. What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out production and assembly work in line with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards
• Operate machinery and manage materials with care to support smooth production flow
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet required specifications
• Detect, document, and escalate any defects, irregularities, or operational issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the work area
• Record production output, material usage, and stock movements accurately
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and procedures
• Support additional tasks as assigned to meet production needs

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum N Levels or an equivalent qualification
• Prior exposure to manufacturing, production, assembly work, or precision engineering will be advantageous
• Ability to handle basic measuring tools and assembly jigs (training will be provided)
• Careful and attentive approach when performing visual inspections
