We're looking for a passionate Interior Designer / Project Manager who enjoys embracing new technologies and digital marketing. If you have strong design and project management skills, and are excited to learn how to grow a company brand, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Interior Design

• Develop concepts and design solutions for residential projects.
• Prepare space planning, material selections, presentation drawings and quotations.
• Produce design documentation and coordinate with consultants and construction workers.

Project Management

• Manage projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, and site supervision.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.

Digital Marketing & Business Growth

• Learn to create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Assist in producing short-form videos, project showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Learn AI-powered design and marketing tools to improve productivity.
• Participate in branding, customer engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
• Grow together with the company by developing innovative marketing skills.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design and project management.
• Good knowledge of construction details, materials, and site coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Interest in digital marketing, AI tools, photography, or video creation is a strong advantage. No prior marketing experience is required—we will provide OJT training.
