Responsibilities
Visitor Services Executive
Salary: $1,600 – $2,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: East Singapore
About the Role
Do you enjoy meeting new people and making a positive impact through excellent customer service? Join us as a Guest Experience Ambassador and be the friendly face that welcomes and assists patients, visitors, and members of the public.
In this role, you will help create a seamless and pleasant experience by providing wayfinding assistance, answering enquiries, and supporting visitors at designated arrival and drop-off points.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and members of the public upon arrival.
Provide wayfinding assistance and guide visitors to their intended destinations.
Offer information and assistance in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Support patients and visitors who require wheelchair assistance after alighting from vehicles.
Assist in managing visitor flow at designated arrival and drop-off points.
Respond to enquiries and provide service recovery when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties to support operational needs.
Requirements
️ Possess good customer service and communication skills.
️ Enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
️ Comfortable standing for extended periods.
️ Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions.
️ Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
️ Positive attitude with a willingness to assist others.
