The Profile

Qualifications

• 1–3 years running D2C growth hacking, performance marketing, or sales operations.
• Proven history of hitting numeric sales targets and optimizing digital funnels.

Role Objective

Own and crush the sales targets across all channels (D2C, B2B, Community). You are the execution engine testing new mechanics, building high-converting campaigns, and optimizing O2O (Online-to-Offline) funnels to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Omnichannel Sales Optimization (40%)

• Own the Funnel: Design, test, and scale growth mechanics across D2C channels to maximize conversion rates.
• B2B & Community Sales Drive: Collaborate closely with the BD Lead (Co-Founder) and RevOps Executive to align operational capabilities with aggressive revenue targets.
• Campaign Architect: Ideate and build commercial campaign frameworks, setting clear conversion parameters for the partnerships team to execute against.

2. O2O & Event Conversion Mechanics (40%)

• Event Optimization: Direct the BD team during live pop-ups, fairs, and events to implement high-converting, gamified retail tactics.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Constantly run experiments on user acquisition costs (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV) to build frictionless paths to purchase.

3. Commercial Revenue Tracking (20%)

• Weaponize Data: Use internal AI community data to identify pipeline bottlenecks and validate new sales initiatives.
