任职资格

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Modern Trade (Food Industry)
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and distributor networks within modern trade channels.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, planograms, trade promotions, and retail operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.

岗位职责

  • Manage and grow strategic relationship with key modern trade accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and category expansion.
  • Drive sales performance by managing both sell-in and sell-out activities in collaboration with distributors and retail partners.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders (buyers) to secure favorable shelf space, product listings, and in-store visibility.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts, including pricing, trade terms, promotion.
  • Plan and ensure effective execution of trade promotions, in-store activations to maximize ROI and sales uplift.
  • Monitor and manage distributor performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives, efficient stock flow, and optimal coverage across outlets.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring healthy stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations across key accounts.
  • Drive new product listing and launches, including listing negotiations, promotional planning, and in store execution aligned with launch timelines.
  • Conduct regular business review (monthly/ quarterly) with distributors to track performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account receivables in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of account strategics.
  • Resolve operational and commercial issues efficiently, including order fulfillment, pricing discrepancies
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
